Maxine Wahome will be charged with the murder of her deceased boyfriend Asad Khan.
On Tuesday, March 7 Wahome appeared before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi.
Back in February, the magistrate granted the ODPP and the DCI 15 days to probe the matter and file their findings on whether the accused should be charged in connection with the death of Asad Khan.
The accused will be arraigned Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 8, to respond to murder charges.
