Deputy President William Ruto today hosted over 100 MPs Tangatanga Members of Parliaments at his Karen official residence to chat a political discourse ahead of 2022 general election.

While engaging in a question and session with a contingent of journalists after a two-hour meeting, dramatic scene was literally perceived after a KTN News journalist posed a tough question on Gatundu South MP Modes Kuria’s whereabouts since he was missing in action.

“Good Afternoon Deputy President, there have been speculations that the UDA and People’s Empowerment Party (PEP) are having some unseen internal wrangles and tussles and at the same time the PEP leader Hon Moses Kuria is not here. Why did he fail to come for this crucial Parliamentary Group meeting? Secondly, can this directly confirm the that internal tussle between UDA and PEP?” KTN News reporter asked.

This disturbing question forced DP Ruto to stand up from his comfortable seat and murmured to garissa Town MP Hon Aden Duale a quick response which confirmed that Gatundu South had been forced to engage in other critical matters that demanded his presence.

DP Ruto whose face had fairly displaced an angry mood refuted claims about UDA and PEP internal tussles.
